It's our sem break!

Our first semester has just ended today. I must say that it was a very challenging yet adorable thing for me. We presented our project proposal sample in our first period and then we had an oral recitation in the class of Professor Neil.

We had our photos taken, by the way...

with our E-Comm professor, sir Dacawe...

with professor Sherry Tagle after our class...

The struggle of commuting is real! We have waited for an hour just to take a taxi.

Bridesmaid no more...

I caught the bouquet of flowers the last time I attended a wedding. Is this a sign?

Probably, it was a sign! My boyfriend proposed the day after my b-day.

He proposed in La Union, the surfing capital of the Philippines. I just thought he wanted to make me happy because he knows how I like surfing a lot. I had no idea about this, but it is one of the happiest moments in my life. <3

The other side of me

Triathlon is a multiple-stage competition involving the completion of three continuous and sequential endurance disciplines. While many variations of the sport exist, triathlon, in its most popular form, involves swimming, cycling, and running in immediate succession over various distances. Triathletes compete for fastest overall course completion time, including timed "transitions" between the individual swim, cycle, and run components.
Duathlon is an athletic event that consists of a running leg, followed by a cycling leg and then another running leg in a format bearing some resemblance to triathlons.

Duathlons are conducted at sprint, standard and long distances. Sprint distance duathlons are a 5 kilometers run, a 20 kilometers bike, and a 2.5 kilometers run. Standard distance duathlons are a 10 kilometers run, a 40 kilometers bike, and a 5 kilometers run. Long distance duathlons have not been standardized but the Powerman Zofingen course is a 10 kilometer run, a 150 kilometer bike and a 30 kilometer run.

Marathon is a long-distance running event with an official distance of 42.195 kilometres (26.219 miles, or 26 miles 385 yards), usually run as a road race.

I love sports and training. I am a 42k finisher, a duathlete and a triathlete. Here are some pictures to share...

Nice to be back, Coron!

This island, only a 20-minute bangka ride from Coron Town, has an imposing, mysterious skyline that wouldn’t be out of place in a King Kong film. Flying over Coron, you see that what lies inland, on the other side of the fortresslike, jungle-clad, rocky escarpments, is inaccessible terrain pockmarked with lakes, two of which, Lake Kayangan and Lake Barracuda, are Coron’s primary attractions.

Accessible by a steep 10-minute climb, the crystal-clear waters of Lake Kayangan are nestled into the mountain walls. Underwater is like a moonscape; there’s a wooden walkway and platform to stash your things if you go for a swim. Don’t expect privacy or quiet, though, as the lagoon where bangkas unload passengers looks like a mall parking lot at noon.

at the Coron Westown Hotel - This is a very nice hotel, by the way.

The view is breathtaking at the Kayangan Lake...

White Sand? Coron has that...

The food at Santino's Grill is THE BEST!
